Your SBL Coach will lead you through each step of the process in personal interviews. You will explore your Pocket Vision™, Core Values, Strategic Driving Force, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.

After developing your organizational Shared Vision, you will begin to bring your management team through the process. From the Shared Vision you will develop first year and long term goals. Those goals will create strategies, followed by action plans.

Imaging what your company could do if each key employee had concrete tasks objectives that supported the company's goals, step by step plans for achieving those objectives, and built in rewards for doing it right the first time.
